The Testarossa was my first real “dream car” as a kid; I later came to realize how terrible they probably are but after seeing this I might have to rethink things again...

I worked for a guy who owned a TR and a BB The TR was white with red interior and the BB was exactly like this one:

Silver over red was a pretty sweet combo on the BB, He said he preferred driving the BB over the TR. I got to drive exactly neither of them.

His DD was a tarted up Gen1 CTS-V.

He was fun to work for. Used to race Formula cars in the 70s until he broke his back in Canada.

The TR is actually a wonderful car, not cheap to run or easy to park, but a great GT.

512 TR is the goldilocks of the Testarossa family. It loses the black plastic lower aero bits of the original and gives the front fascia a bit more character, without the derp-faced exposed headlights of the F512 M.

He’s done a couple road trips across europe. I don’t recall him complaining about the clutch at all like doug though.
